13

How did this happen?

My baby girl turns 13 today.

I’ll try not to be too sappy with my words today, but I’m not going to lie…I am sad to see her leaving childhood behind.

No more bedtime stories,  chalk scenes written on the driveway, polly pockets, and dress up. ….sigh…

Time goes by SO fast.  I cannot begin to express in words how much I love this girl.

My Mac N Cheese, ice cream, and milk loving daughter. She is witty, smart and can pretty much grab the attention of an entire room of people with her comedic ways.  She keeps this family laughing!!   She also has some serious dance skills.:)

Anna has been my muse from the beginning of my photography journey, and I was SO looking forward to taking her out and just capturing the essence of my Anna Girl.

Happy Birthday Anna…I am SO proud to be your mama.

“You Are My Sunshine
My only sunshine.
You make me happy
When skies are grey.
You’ll never know, dear,
How much I love you.
Please don’t take my sunshine away”

kerry macLeod - Wow, that brought a tear to my eye. My eldest is 11 and I refuse to believe the teenage years are right around the corner. What a gift these pics are to your daughter! I love the running shot and the last shot especially.
It was great to meet you in Banff…still so embarrassed about my stinky feet on the last day, my feet were so bloated from the newbie shoot!
p.s. check out my blog contest, it looks like you have blog SEO nailed but you might want to enter for the ebook SEO ZEn for Photographers anyways.
